organic vinegar from hmart diluted in very small amount (less than half a glass) once only per day……….if you take more…..you will damage yourself, so don’t do this………

    like this:https://hmart.co.uk/shop/en/vinegar-starch-syrup/1678-daesang-persimmon-vinegar-900ml-8801052431246.html

be careful when using this diluted – only ONCE A DAY unless advised by a health practitioner. If you are anemic, don’t take it, fix anemia first by eating enough red meat (rare to medium cooked).

You can visit Zelman if you want, he is based in Carshalton (London) UK, if you are near there, that’s currently the best one I know.

You should move around a lot, do jump rope, running, jumping jacks, anything to get your body moving and letting the lymph system to also join in… this alone should help a lot

    Welcome to the forum!

I agree with what Z said above. You have to go with what feels right sometimes. There is no exact way to check, but in the US, they have strict standards and licensing, so at least you have some protection from mistakes done by people, unlike the UK, where there is no such license system, and just about anyone can practice acupuncture, which is when it makes it more risky.

if you eat a lot of meat, then you need to add more fibre in your diet, as meat alone makes you constipated easily. add spinach and leafy greens – ideally steam them as too much raw will not be that great for the spleen.

looks very similar to a yoga move, yes, it opens up back tightness if held for a long period of time
