    Cool, so like bamboo salt?

    Ph increases is a good method to check if salt is baked long enough?

    Bamboo salt is around ph 11.

    Baking soda . Sodium bicarbonate loses carbon and increase in ph.

    The stuff in the store has aluminium. When baked in oven strange little black flecks appear.

    I did Watermill…. my back and kidney stone is GONE.

    Watermill is what we use for milling grain…

    It is important to have all the rice. You should lift the bag of rice and drop it then palm strike it again before lift it up…

    Spinach while is too expensive.

    Buying canned spinach its my used to be my favorite vegetable.

    Canned spinach is cheaper and is cooked which is fine.

    Tao salt is cooked.

    Needles don’t do anything.

    It is the CHI that does the healing . The Heat.

    Needles are just tools used in opening up channels that are blocked…Called Circulation.

    They aren’t even necessary.

    You could do the same thing with your hand, by just striking the area until it turns red.

    (Called Acupressure)

    Or… perform some series of medical exercises designed to tear down certain blockages.

    Say if your arm was in a cast for eight weeks.

    Or in an extreme case your feet were bound as a child because people thought that they “looked cute” or something…

    Your feet are then shaped like hooves or duck feet or something…

    Then you can use needle to tear open your skin and let it heal after every treatment until your feet are in the anatomically correct proper position for flow of chi.

    Your DNA genetically knows and will maintain it after treatment for life.

    Ground Pork is made the same way as ground beef in the beef diet.

    Do NOT buy pork from a store, it is already gone bad and aged is VERY toxic.

    For the Beef diet you can just use whey protein and skim milk And Ferment that for a cheap beef.

    Many times the Beef we make is artificially prepared.

    As raising cattle is expensive,time consuming, and laborious. Meat spoils incredibly fast.

    The Beef you ate is most likely “Textured Vegetable protein”. That has been digested by a cow digestive system.

    Since Bacteria is 90% bacterial. And with some enzymes to break down cellulose.

    Mix those Bacterial with those enzymes in a cow stomach and you can digest food…

    This is how cheese is made.

    Rennet is digestive enzymes from a cow’s stomach.

    What you ate is most likely similar to cheese. White Castle burgers are actually made like this…Many cheeseburgers are “cut” or stretched out with “Textured Vegetable Protein”.

    Mostly soy which is a complete protein.

    The “Textured Vegetable Protein” is made like a cheese with the enzymes and bacteria .

    Like how you make Kimchee.

    Garlic or Onion (Alluim) can be used as long as you roast off the anti-microbial pesticides first if it not organic.

    The starter for the Yogurt culture is digestive bacteria comes from one’s own saliva.

    I think we are on to something BIG here. Says here that many of these little protein sources are high in omega-3…haha maybe like the movie. “Hakunama Tada” no worries…

    Shrimp and Lobster and even crab are just ocean bugs….

    We all know omega-3 replaces anti-anxiety drugs.Fish really calms me, especially fish oil.

    Yeah that’s true I’ve heard bad stories of people not doing enough chi kung exercise and badly damaging one self. Not just weight gain.. But badly damaging till the point of becoming crippled. Just like how if you take a starving near to death person from ashwhisct nazi camp…start feeding them…they die! Your body has to be able to handle the heat of your tea. Fat is actually. Powerful solvent. Which is why it is mixed with herbs to extract the ingredients. Like cannabinoid rich can abutter. I think if your circulation in meridians is all dammed up…the water can’t flow. And might forcefully blow it open… Of course we are talking powerful daoist TCM mediences.I think I’m correct. Fat is actually a powerful medience. Omega 3 pills can replace…anti anxiety drugs. Please correct me if I’m wrong. As a lot of this is theory.

    Yeah Pork is water element. I think that’s why it has so much fat. I was amazed the cheap Pork cuts had marbling far surpassing expensive the expensive beef cuts…it looked like wagyu beef cuts.


    So So just add the spinach first and let that digest with salt and then add the beef?
