    Hi guys,

what is the method acupuncture uses to help hair growth? Are their points that can help lower DHT or help increase circulation to the scalp?

It would be interesting to see that.

I haven’t heard on how they use it, as not all acupuncturists have that.

But I would imagine using the Liver meridian and possibly GB34 for relaxing the tendons and muscles which indirectly would increase circulation.

Yes gb34 is a good starting point, but as with all things, you need the patient to do a regime. Western minds tend to have a hard time to understand that no one pill or point is designed to cure something, it’s a collective effort from a holistic point of view.

its a good start, but as Aaronwex said, a regime is definitely needed in such cases, as multiple things can contribute towards hair thinning, from hormone imbalances to bad diet (usually people have both) to genetic contributing to the weak hair follicles as well as nutrient requirements.
