My Mom screaming at me on the phone to see a doctor.I panicked at first but when I googled it, runners running 7+ miles a day pee blood.I couldn’t walk after my exercise but had to keep traveling. So I think that must be it.Probably knocked loose a kidney stone? 31st May 2018 at 5:46 am #1397 ZKeymasterIt is better if you see a doctor – this is not an emergency medical forum. Also – do not do any sexual activity of any kind for a while as you may be in danger. 7th August 2018 at 2:25 pm #1424 MarinaParticipantomg dude, see a doctor about that. Maybe it can happen after excessive exercise, but if you are gradually building up your running capacity, its not normal! 1st December 2018 at 11:50 pm #1444 EricKimParticipantI did Watermill…. my back and kidney stone is GONE.Get got worst before it got better…then nothing.Watermill is what we use for milling grain…It is important to have all the rice. You should lift the bag of rice and drop it then palm strike it again before lift it up…I think I’m correct in saying this ?Author Posts Viewing 4 posts - 1 through 4 (of 4 total)You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
