What is inflammation in acupuncture and how is it normally treated? I am not really an acupuncturist, but am keen on studying it.

That’s a good question, never thought how inflammation would manifest since it can in both ‘cold’ and ‘hot’ syndromes. Also don’t know how it would appear on the pulse.

Why can it appear as a cold syndrome too?

Not all aches and pains are hot inflammatory conditions. E.g you can have back pain from the lack of heat, or invasive cold
