just wondering if eastern medicine has any insight into eating patterns and if eating every few hours is better or one meal a day is good enough?17th June 2017 at 12:05 am #1053
never heard of one but would imagine lesser colories be a healthier way to go about it.18th June 2017 at 1:55 am #1065
idea behind eastern view is that you find what is suitable for your body. and understand its tendencies could be related to your sickness (if you have a sickness). Such as a diabetic will think sweet things are good for them (when they are not).19th June 2017 at 10:10 am #1067
Depends on each person on the individual level. Some people can’t take eating one meals a day due to low blood sugar for example. and constant eating of small amounts is required.13th July 2017 at 8:05 am #1108
Eating one meal a day is considered healthy but you must build up to that rather than just jump right into it.
same as vegeterian is considered healthy, but if you are weak and are anemic, you must eat red meet (beef) in order to recover and build your body up again, and then slowly go to vegetarian. This is why humans are designed to be able to adopt to whatever comes and people are too busy arguing what diet works best, because none actually do!
